Every True North Prints item is 3D printed to order. Nothing is pulled from a shelf, so please read this page before you buy.
Processing time
Orders are printed, checked and packed within 2 to 4 business days. Custom colour requests, personalized items and orders of five or more pieces may take up to 6 business days. If a colour you request needs filament we do not have on hand, we will tell you the expected timing before we print.
Where we ship
We ship from Canada to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and most of Europe. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout based on your address. Delivery estimates begin when your order ships, not when it is placed. You will receive an email when your order ships, with a tracking number where tracking is available for the service you chose.
Free standard shipping on Canadian orders of $35 or more. International orders are charged the shipping rate shown at checkout.
Shipping to the United States
We are a very small shop, and because of current tariffs and cross-border costs we are not able to ship to the United States right now. We know that is disappointing, and we hope to change it when we can.
Duties and taxes
Orders shipped outside Canada may be charged import duties, taxes or brokerage fees by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns: items in a listed colour
If you are not happy with an item ordered in one of the colours shown on its product page, contact us within 30 days of delivery to arrange a return. The item must be unused and in its original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Returns: custom colours and personalized items
Items made in a colour or colour combination you requested, and items personalized with a name, date or message, are made just for you. They are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective, or we made an error.
Damaged, defective or incorrect orders
If your order arrives broken, does not work as described, or is not what you ordered, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will reprint and reship it at no cost to you, or refund you in full.
What is not a defect
Fine layer lines, small marks where a print left the build plate, and slight colour differences between your screen and the finished piece are a normal part of 3D printing.
Changes and cancellations
You can change or cancel an order until we start printing it. Contact us as soon as possible. Once printing has begun, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method once we receive the return, or once we have confirmed a damaged or incorrect order. Your bank or card provider may take several business days to post the refund.
