Ordering
Is everything made to order?
Yes. Every piece is 3D printed after you order it. Most orders ship in 2 to 4 business days. Custom colours, personalized items and larger orders can take up to 6 business days, and we will email you if yours will take longer.
Where do you ship?
We ship from Canada to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and most of Europe. Canadian orders of $35 or more ship free. Because we are a very small shop and tariffs make cross-border costs hard for us to absorb, we cannot ship to the United States right now. We hope that changes soon.
Can I get a different colour?
Yes. Each product page lists our standard colours, but almost anything can be printed in another colour or in a combination of colours. Message us before you order, or add a note to your order telling us what you would like. If we need to order a filament specially, we will confirm the timing with you first.
Can one piece have more than one colour?
Yes. Our printer changes filament automatically, so two-tone and multi-colour pieces are possible on most designs. Tell us which parts you want in which colour and we will let you know what works.
How do I personalize an item?
Type your name or message into the Personalization box on the product page before adding it to your cart. We print exactly what you enter, including capitals and spelling, so please check it twice.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as you can. If we have not started printing, we are happy to change or cancel it. Once printing has begun, the order cannot be changed or cancelled.
Do you take custom or bulk orders?
Yes. Party favours, team gifts, different colours and custom text are all possible. Send us a message with what you have in mind and your date.
About the products
What are the lines on my print?
3D printing builds an object in thin layers, which leaves fine horizontal lines. They are normal and part of the look.
Will the colour match the photo?
We photograph our colours carefully, but screens differ and filament batches vary slightly. Silk and rainbow filaments shift along the spool, so no two pieces are identical. For custom colours we match your request as closely as the available filament allows.
Are the articulated animals toys?
They are sold as collectible desk decor for ages 14 and up. They have small parts and are not intended for young children.
Are the planters and vases waterproof?
Planters come with drainage holes and a drip tray. Vases are designed for dried and faux stems and are not guaranteed watertight.
Can I return a custom item?
Items in a listed colour can be returned within 30 days. Custom colour and personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or we made an error. See Shipping & Returns.
Care
- Keep PLA pieces away from heat. A hot car, a sunny dashboard or a dishwasher can soften and warp them.
- Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not soak.
- Bend articulated pieces gently for the first few moves while the joints loosen.
- Outdoor and bathroom items are printed in PETG, which handles moisture and sun better than PLA.
